By entering the drawing, entrant is acknowledging and accepting these terms. While this outline strives to be comprehensive, the conditions of this drawing will always default to the rules and dictates of Code of Virginia.

Effective Dates: May 27, 2025 – August 14, 2025

By participating in the Matrix Computer Consulting 2025 Summer Referral Campaign (the "Campaign"), entrant agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States whose primary business residence is in Virginia, Washington, D.C., or Maryland. Must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Matrix Computer Consulting, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to win. To remain eligible, entrants must provide accurate contact information and must not have violated any of the terms outlined here.

  1. Entry

Entries are determined based on the number of workstations the referred company contracts Matrix Computer Consulting to service and maintain. One workstation is equal to one entry. Entries become valid only when a signed contract is exchanged between the referred business and Matrix Computer Consulting. There is no limit to the number of entries entrant may earn.

If a name is drawn for the smaller prize drawings, this does not subtract from the total number of entries that companies have in the grand prize.

If entrant’s referral signs a contract with Matrix Computer Consulting, entrant will receive entries into our prize drawings, equivalent to one entry for each computer supported by the initial service agreement. An unaffiliated business who chooses to work with Matrix Computer Consulting between May 27, 2025 and August 14, 2025 will be honored with entries as described above. Entries become valid when contract is signed and accepted by Matrix on or before August 14, 2025. If two companies refer the same contact, the referral received first will receive the valid entries.

  1. Prizes and Drawings
  • Grand Prize Drawing (August 15, 2025):
    • Two round-trip economy-class airline tickets to a location within the continental United States
    • $300 cash
    • Catered office lunch for the referrer's workplace (up to $300)
  • Monthly Drawings (2):
    • June 20, 2025 @ 3:00 PM – $250 Visa gift card
    • July 18, 2025 @ 3:00 PM – $250 Visa gift card
  • Weekly Drawings:
    • Randomly selected prizes from Matrix-branded merchandise and tech accessories (Every Monday from June 9 to August 11)

All drawing winners will be announced on our social media, with the final grand prize drawing taking place on livestream. Follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook for all the most up to date information. Drawings will be conducted either by using a randomized computer generator overseen by a Matrix representative or drawn blind from a container wherein every valid entry is inscribed on an individual slip of evenly distributed paper.

Additionally, any referrals that result in a meeting will receive $200 for the referrer, due to them, at the latest by August 22nd, a week after the conclusion of the campaign. A meeting is defined as a consultation, either in person or virtually, between Matrix and the decision maker of the referred business, lasting at least fifteen minutes. Cancelled or no-show meetings do not qualify.

  1. Airfare Terms and Conditions

Airfare prize is for domestic travel within the continental U.S. only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Winner must notify Matrix Computer Consulting at least 90 days in advance of their desired departure date or as early as possible, subject to mutual availability. Matrix is responsible for airfare booking only and is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to user error, flight malfunction, or acts of God. Winner is responsible for all other travel costs, including but not limited to:

    • Seat upgrades
    • Luggage fees
    • Hotel accommodations
    • Transportation or meals

Matrix Computer Consulting makes no assurances or promises as to the availability or selection of specific airlines, amenities, airports, or departure and arrival times.

 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from the valid entry pool at the scheduled dates and times. Winners will be drawn live via livestream and shared on Matrix’s official social media accounts (LinkedIn and Facebook). Winner does not need to be present in the livestream to win, but must be contacted through valid phone number and email. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.

  1. General Conditions

Matrix Computer Consulting reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and the authenticity of referrals. Entries may be disqualified at the discretion of Matrix if found to be fraudulent, incomplete, submitted in bad faith, or generated through referral manipulation (e.g., submitting fictitious companies or self-referrals under false identities.) Matrix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign in the event of technical issues, fraud, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted unless the originally stated prize becomes unavailable, in which case Matrix may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  1. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Matrix Computer Consulting permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted referral story (if any) in promotional materials and social media posts related to this campaign without additional compensation. Winners may opt out of publication by direct request.

  1. Liability

Matrix Computer Consulting is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries. Matrix is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

  1. Privacy

Any personal data collected during participation will be used solely for campaign administration and prize distribution. It will not be sold or shared with third parties.
